Servanthood








Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Romans 12:11 NIV

But as for you, be clear-headed in every situation [stay calm and cool and steady], endure every hardship [without flinching], do the work of an evangelist, fulfill [the duties of] your ministry.
2 Timothy 4:5 AMP

Serving is the heart of the Christian life. One of our responsibilities God gives us is to serve one another.  We are to be encouraging and passionate about spreading the word of God. We are to imitate Jesus; He is the ultimate example of serving.  Servanthood is one who is known as obedient and faithful to Christ.  Paul encouraged not only Timothy but all the Christians in Rome how to serve others. We are to live a lifestyle of servanthood. In every aspect and situation of our lives, we are to be good representatives of Christ in fulfilling our duties as Christians with spiritual fervor.


I believe as servants of God we must have a heavenly perspective. The work that we do is not in vain, and it is for the Kingdom of God.  In 1 Corinthians 15:58 it says, “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.” Don’t be lazy; be diligent in serving the Lord.  Believers will endure hardship, but through the difficulties, we are to remain steadfast obeying God's command over our lives.

What has God brought you out of?

In this new journey that my husband and I are embarking into, there is much learning to do. Not only in the spiritual aspects but the technicality of how to grow this amazing ministry for God . I am definitely learning...Case in point, commercial, ads, flyers, etc... Yep!!! that's my part! I am behind and in front of the scenes. I hunkered down this past weekend and made my self learn how to edit video for a commercial we wanted to make. Almost 8 hours later I accomplished with lots of help from the almighty a 47 second commercial.  I want to share this video because so many are hurting, so many feel alone and afraid. We need to reach out by being bold in sharing our testimonies. It gives hope for those that are in need of it. It may just saves someones life.  Blessings, M

Journey

Look at your giant already defeated. God has conquered it all. Despite what you are facing, look beyond the giant, the victory is already awaiting. You and I are to TRUST in God, when he said he conquered the world, it means he defeated every circumstance that you and I  have faced and will face. The waves that crashes unto our lives its not meant to drown us, it is meant for us to cling on to HOPE, which is the anchor of our lives which is strong and sure and keeps us safe. Our Testimonies to reach others

It has been a busy couple of months for my husband and I. We are embarking into a new journey together. God has strategically placed us into a ministry that has been a testing of our faith yet also a blessing as we are learning to trust in him more . If we were ever blind to God's hands in our lives, we are definitely seeing his hands move in our lives now. There were mountains that we had faced while preparing for the launch of this ministry yet  God flicked them out of the way like little marbles. Before I explain to you what this ministry is about I have to give you a brief history of how I landed where I landed now. The past 4 years while God has been removing and restoring this broken vessel. I have become more passionate, I have become more in love with him, and  I am becoming brave and I am slowly but surely understanding who I am in him.
