For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous (Romans 5:19 NIV). Paul speaks about the first human named Adam. The power of sin was brought to earth because of Adam.  Sin alienates us from God; therefore, it creates a divide between God and humanity which ultimately results in death.  It was because of Adams disobedience everyone was made sinners and needed a redeemer from the judgment the world faced.  However, Christ came with power and brought redemption, therefore, saving the world from the wrath of judgment. We are made right in God's eyes because of Jesus. God's righteousness brings salvation. If sin is what divided us from God than Faith in Jesus unites us with God.  Jesus adopted us by dying on the cross. Romans 12:11 NIV But as for you, be clear-headed in every situation [stay calm and cool and steady], endure every hardship [without flinching], do the work of an evangelist, fulfill [the duties of] your ministry. 2 Timothy 4:5 AMP Serving is the heart of the Christian life. One of our responsibilities God gives us is to serve one another.  We are to be encouraging and passionate about spreading the word of God. We are to imitate Jesus; He is the ultimate example of serving.  Servanthood is one who is known as obedient and faithful to Christ.  Paul encouraged not only Timothy but all the Christians in Rome how to serve others. We are to live a lifestyle of servanthood. In every aspect and situation of our lives, we are to be good representatives of Christ in fulfilling our duties as Christians with spiritual fervor. I believe as servants of God we must have a heavenly perspective.

Look at your giant already defeated. God has conquered it all. Despite what you are facing, look beyond the giant, the victory is already awaiting. You and I are to TRUST in God, when he said he conquered the world, it means he defeated every circumstance that you and I  have faced and will face. The waves that crashes unto our lives its not meant to drown us, it is meant for us to cling on to HOPE, which is the anchor of our lives which is strong and sure and keeps us safe. I have found that as long as we do not understand our identity we limit the positive impact that we have on others for his kingdom. There are real forces that whisper lying insinuations that assault our minds in hopes that we begin to believe it and eventually turn on ourselves then to others. We are bombarded with these negative messages that tell us we are not good enough but do not give in, do  not conform and shrink to those lies because it's just that, they are lies. You are a masterpiece and more than able.  What marvelous love the Father has extended to us! Just look at it—we’re called children of God! That’s who we really are. But that’s also why the world doesn’t recognize us or take us seriously, because it has no idea who he is or what he’s up to. 1 John 3:1 Blessings M

Fear is the number one tool by Satan to keep people from being in God's will.  What fear is trying to take a hold of you right now? What threat or trouble are you facing?  It’s not always easy, and it often comes down to a choice:  Choosing not to allow fear and anxiety to control your life.  Choosing to guard your heart.  Choosing to focus your mind on what is truth in the midst of uncertain times. We might still feel afraid, but we can believe that God is with us. We may not be in control, but we can trust the One who is. We may not know the future, but we can know the God who does.

Don't fall for those kinds attacks against you. The battlefield is in the mind so take every thought captive.The Word of God is our sword of the spirit. Jesus was the Word made flesh. Our lives are to become the Word of Jesus made flesh. As his body, we, too, become living swords. Take those promises and fight back! The weapons we use are not human ones. Our weapons have power from God and can destroy the enemy’s strong places. We destroy people’s arguments,     and we tear down every proud idea that raises itself against the knowledge of God.
